Hello friend, it is time for Critical Role fic and I am so excited to see what you will write for me! If you want inspiration beyond this letter I am also [archiveofourown.org profile] kimaracretak, where I have a small but reflective-of-things-I-like set of bookmarks, and kimaracretak on 8tracks if you want #aesthetic musical inspiration.

I love this show for the worldbuilding and mytharcs as well as their characters and relationships, and I am easy to please as long as you stay away from my DNWs (both general and canon-specific), so don't feel like you Have to write any of my specific prompts. Don't read anything into relative lengths of sections, I am equally happy to get something for anything in this letter! Some of these prompts are reused from old letters, and if you have written them for me before, rest assured that I loved your fic, I am simply greedy and would like to see every possible take on my favourite scenarios. A lot of my prompts are very horror-slanted, but if your muse is inclined to things less murderous, feel free! That being said, I'm extremely not into plotless/conflictless fluff or 'soft' takes on these characters/relationships, and would prefer you avoid them.

I love everything from short introspection bits to long plotty missionfic to sex scenes as ways to explore character/setting/worldbuilding, and I don't need a lot of romance in my ships: sex for power, manipulation, or just between friends who want to have fun is also great. Please no unrequested ships unless specifically allowed for, but feel free to combine any compatible ones from my requested ones.

General Notes on the Canon

  • M/M and M/F ships I am happy to see as secondary pairings: Vax/Gilmore, Vax/Allura, Vax/Kash, Keyleth/Kash, Keyleth/Kash/Vax, Keyleth/Vax/Allura, Keyleth/Vax/The Raven Queen, Keyleth/Vax/Vex, Delilah/Sylas.

  • I consider the campaign guides, artbook, and anything said on Talks Machina nebulously canon at best (and I don't watch Talks) so feel free to ignore them.

  • I interpret Vax's ending in Campaign 1 as 'became a weird eldritch immortal' rather than 'dead' and prefer that interpretation in fics.

  • I like fics that take into account mechanical D&D limitations (e.g. characters saying they need to rest before doing any more magic) but DNW characters using the actual real-world terms (e.g. characters saying they're 'out of spell slots').

  • I'm familiar with pretty much all D&D lore/sourcebooks/mechanics from 3.5e onwards, including 5e's unearthed arcana, if you want inspiration for additional worldbuilding/plotting. That being said I know and love 4E the best, and love fic that merges Matt's Exandria with 4E's Shadowfell/Feywild/Astral Sea/etc.

  • Speaking of, I adore 4e's epic destinies and would love it if you incorporated relevant ones for the requested characters. Special love for World Tree Guardian!Keyleth, Master of the Eternal Hunt!Vex, and Archspell!Delilah with Finger of Death, but, yknow, go wild!

  • I have loads of darkfic prompts, many worldbuilding prompts, and a slightly smaller number of marriage prompts for some of these ships in previous requests.

  • I am always and forever interested in AUs where Ripley succeeded in killing King Dwendal at some point during Campaign One, and how that changes the world of Campaign Two. Let the demon gun lady kill the authoritarian monarch, what could possibly go wrong.


Request 1: What If The Fucked-Up Vampires Were The Least Weird Thing About Whitestone

Anna Ripley/Delilah Briarwood/Raishan: Raishan should get to collect all the witchy ladies tbh. There's so many fascinating dimensions of trust and magic to work with here and I want to know everything about them
  • The three of them working towards some kind of cure for Raishan. Between Ripley's arcane disease research and Delilah's deep familiarity with undeath, I believe in their success!

  • Ripley makes a deal with Raishan instead of Orthax, and Raishan gets involved in the rule of Whitestone.

  • Ripley and Delilah manage to kill King Dwendel. Maybe the Conclave takes advantage of that to attack in Rexxentrum or Zadash instead?

  • Queens-of-Whitestone Anna and Delilah making friends with the dragon who lives in the forest nearby.


Anna Ripley/Keyleth: I love dark Keyleth and slowly-turning darker Keyleth and slowly made darker Keyleth and I love disinterested scientist Ripley who's all the more horrifying because she's a disinterested scientist.
  • AU where Percy dies for real on Glintshore, and Keyleth hunts her down + forces her to continue Percy's legacy.

  • The two of them stranded together in the Shadowfell after/during the ziggurat fight, forced to work together to find a way back. Who or what do they encounter?

  • Keyleth succumbs to Whitestone's corruption and turns to fight alongside the Briarwoods and Ripley. Something lovely and grim about Keyleth's nature connection vs Ripley's more mechanical bent?


Cassandra de Rolo/Delilah Briarwood/Raishan: All the glorious fucked-up politics and queens and dragons and gods! I especially like AUs where Cassandra was supposed to be the quarry in the Grey Hunt for her family, and how that affects her relationship with the Briarwoods.
  • Delilah and Cassandra as co-queens and their loyal dragon living in the Alabaster Sierras.

  • Delilah sending Cassandra on a hunt to kill Raishan, and Cass betraying Delilah to team up with Raishan.

  • A Briarwoods-come-later AU where Delilah has to deal with both Queen Cassandra and her secretly-a-dragon advisor.

  • Delilah deciding it was more important to keep Cassandra than to please Vecna, and joining the fight against Thordak.

  • Raishan bringing Cassandra Delilah as a present to prove her loyalty.


Delilah Briarwood/Keyleth: There's so many murdered lovers between them that you know it's fair they get the chance to be each other's lover and/or attempted murderer!
  • I am highkey in denial about Delilah's last death and would love for Keyleth to find another of her clones, anywhere from a year to several hundred years in the future.

  • I am also forever weak for stories about them stranded in the Shadowfell for reasons and stories where Delilah succeeds in turning Vex into her undead servant and Keyleth becomes Delilah's lover to watch over her friend.

  • Dark!Keyleth in stories where she's the one who succumbs to the Whitestone corruption effect. Some plant-based body horror stemming from her connection to the Sun Tree? Delilah killing her and turning her into a vampire?


Delilah Briarwood/Sylas Briarwood & Vecna: They broke the world for each other and their lich god!! Sure Delilah and Sylas are terrible for the general world around them, but they love each other so much and I'm emo about them.
  • First meetings! How much did Delilah already know about Vecna when she met Sylas?

  • What were they up to during the time between their Whitestone deaths and Marquet? How did they build the cult in Marquet? Did they look for a new Cassandra-surrogate? How do you build an empire for a god?

  • Pre-canon in Whitestone! Feel free to combine with some Delilah/Cassandra too.

  • Conspiracy AU: Delilah always wanted a vampire husband (and/or was already somewhat involved with Vecna) so she killed him just to make the deal to bring him back. Big 'no one can kill you but me' vibes.

  • Feel free to make Delilah a vampire too. More vampires are always good.


Delilah Briarwood/Vex'ahlia: Delilah used Finger of Death so specifically and so consistently on Vex and I have all sorts of feelings about how death loves Vex and Delilah is just its instrument!
  • Anything inspired by Cellar Darling's 'The Spell' [youtube link, lyrics in description].

  • Vex as part of a Syngorn diplomatic mission to Whitestone, before or instead of meeting VM. Does she get turned? Does she find out what Delilah's up to and initially agree to hurt her father, before realising how over her head she is? Delilah/Vex/Cassandra threesomes extremely good in this situation.

  • Marquesian adventures - what if they found her while looking for the cloak?

  • Dark AU where Delilah succeeds in turning Vex into her undead servant.


Request 2: Death And The Maiden, Except Death Raises The Girl Instead Of Capturing Her

Velora Vessar & Vesh: Was 'you don't feel evil, do you?' probably 97% a joke? Yes. Do I want Velora to grow up to have a weird fraught terrimazing relationship with the creature who brought her back to life? Oh ABSOLUTELY yes.
  • Velora making some kind of deal with Vesh while she's dead. She's growing up a powerful diplomat's daughter in the Feywild, she's got to have some sense of bargains with powerful creatures.

  • Velora continuing to write to/pray to Vesh over the years. Sure her friends say Vesh is evil, but how evil could someone who saved her be?

  • Velora grows up to be a ranger. Vesh gifts her her first companion - an owlbear who would like to murder. Velora, now a terrible goth teenager, is into it.


Vesh/Vilya: Use Campaign 2 canon for Vilya or not as you like! More of my prompts don't incorporate it, just because I shipped them for ages before the Viridian reveal, but either is seriously good.
  • You may have noticed I really like a Vesh that incorporates tempest/storm elements! What if she came from the elemental plane of air? Vilya, pre-Aramante, meeting Vilya on one of her trips through the Zephrah gate and bringing her back.

  • Alternatively, Siren!Vesh from the Water Plane! I have a lot of affection for the idea of Vesh as the kraken, or a similar creature that Vilya fought and lost to on her Aramante - what does that meeting, fight, aftermath look like?

  • Potential aftermath: Vilya as some kind of wandering Vesh-prophet, who dimly remembers her home but knows that travelling, bringing Vesh's song to the world, is more important.

  • Pre-canon, Vesh infiltrates Zephrah (a la Raishan in Pyrah) and ends up marrying Vilya.

  • Rumblecusp AU where it isn't Vokodo who's causing the cult and the memory loss, it's Vesh - wholly subsumed into the sea around the island and taking the villagers with her one by one.


Vesh/The Raven Queen: These two are my favourite of the divine/semi-divine that we meet in campaign 1, and so I want them together!
  • I am absolutely in love with the idea of Vesh possibly playing a version of Nerull to this version of the Raven Queen. Did the Raven Queen marry and then displace Vesh? Were they mortal lovers/wives before the ascension to godhood forced them apart (was their marriage originally an attempt by one to save the other, with godhood as an unexpected side effect?) Vesh has a habit of marrying her chosen, and the Raven Queen was and is desperately lonely, I absolutely see her trying to take advantage of that loneliness.

  • Or, flipped: Vesh as (attempted) usurper of the Raven Queen's domain. They overlap in their connection to death, and I see a lot of the tempest/storm side of winter to Vesh (in contrast to the Raven Queen's stillness/silence side) and it fascinates me.

  • A Vesh whose connection to the Raven Queen only becomes evident after she ascends - maybe in an AU where she, rather than Vecna, was the main opponent of Campaign 1 and the final battle went differently.

  • Any of these songs used as inspiration.

  • The two of them as Winter Court leaders in a Changeling: The Lost AU.


Request 3: Assorted Feelings About Keyleth, The Twins, and The Raven Queen

General: Feel free to mix and match these ships, including in ways that involve twincest. Combining any of these ships with an AU where Vex takes Saundor's deal in the Feywild is also extremely good.

Keyleth / or & The Raven Queen: Hey so Keyleth is a thousand years of life and the Raven Queen is the very specific moment of death and I HAVE FEELINGS. For this one, honestly, I'd prefer Keyleth/Vax as a co-existing ship.
  • AU where Keyleth is the one to offer herself to the Raven Queen in the Sunken Tomb, before Vax gets there.

  • Post-canon, Keyleth visits Vax in the Shadowfell and slowly falls in love with his Lady as well as him.

  • Violent summer storm Keyleth who does not overmuch love the stillness of winter's snow but who nevertheless loves gods through their work and their champions above all, sitting by the blood pool in the Raven's Crest and realising what it means to build a love consciously.

  • Optional song prompts, if you are into that sort of thing! The Birthday Massacre, 'The Other Side' (in summer i drowned you / in winter i found you) or Cellar Darling, 'Redemption' (take me there to the moor, to the end / will i be innocent again?)


The Raven Queen/Vax: Whole damn lot of feelings over here about how Vax spent most of his life in love with death but only after dedicating himself to a death goddess did he develop a love for life AND a healthy relationship with death!

The Raven Queen/Vex: Literally anything about the messy knots of hate and love and service and devotion they're tied in is excellent!
  • I would like any and all Raven Queen Champion Vex fics please and thank you. She was already a champion in most everything but name in canon and I'm really interested to see how she might make that explicit.

  • Maybe she does go kill Orcus, post-canon - what does the Raven Queen think about that?

  • Resurrection rituals after Vax dies in the Elemental Plane of Water where Vex pledges herself to the Raven Queen the same way Vax did for her.

  • Maybe she visits Vax in the Shadowfell and slowly learns more about who exactly his Lady is. Weird picnics at liminal crossroads inns! Especially good if Keyleth comes along.


Request 4: Age of Arcanum Worldbuilding

The Raven Queen & Her First Priestess: So I am in love with any and all takes on ascension to godhood in Exandria (esp with what we're seeing with Artagan in campaign 2) and I want to know alll about how the Raven Queen ascended. A Drow priestess would be cool, because Shadowfell, but I don't have any real preferences. Some possibilities:
  • In 4th Edition lore, the Raven Queen was a mortal sorcer-queen who gained her portfolio by just straight-up murdering Nerull, the previous god. So: sorcerer-queen and cleric making plans to kill a god. I have a lot of affection for the version of this where Vesh is the one she deposes, but you can go with Nerull or someone else.


Melora & Original Female Age of Arcanum Necromancer: I like powerful ladies picking fights with gods. It is maybe-sorta a theme in my requests. Also: necromancy. You can never go wrong with necromancy.

Request 5: Avantika Did Nothing Wrong Ever In Her Life, I Am Not Taking Questions

Avantika: I am extremely not picky, I just want Avantika to win things! I've prompted some specific ships & genships as well, but here are some other thoughts.
  • Post-death (or post-second death?) Avantika lands with the Water Ashari. Plans to turn them to Uk'otoa worship may go well, but I am also really enamoured of the idea of Avantika being absolutely baffled and a little bit terrified by people who like her and have a healthy relationship with the sea. Avantika accidentally helping save the city from a Water Plane incursion?

  • Also really in love with the idea of Avantika landing in Raishan's new lair. Sexy new patron who will give her a sexy new body and indulge her plans for pirate domination? Yes good.

  • Avantika pre-canon. How she fell in love with the sea, how she met her crew, how she ascended through the Darktow hierarchy.

  • AU where the Darktow confrontation goes differently and she gets to kill the Plank King and take over. What does she do with the M9? What does rule look like?

  • Avantika/Vesh, because bloody sirens and pirates go together perfectly.

  • I actually do ship Avantika/Fjord, in the terrible cultists in terrible not-love way, so anything with them (esp in an Avantika-wins-Darktow AU) is great.


Avantika & Uk'otoa: In NO universe was 'pirate queen witch of a drowned god' not going to be my PRECISE THING and oh man more of them please.
  • Any wonderful creepy dreams like Fjord had. Did she start having them before she knew what Uk'otoa was? After?

  • Plank King Avantika converting others to Uk'otoa worship, whether he's already been freed or not.

  • Previous adventures to find crystals, and how Avantika collected her crew.


Avantika/Jester: Cults to not-quite-gods, and also chaos, and other things I love dearly.
  • Rival cult leaders AU! Avantika leads an Uk'otoa cult out of Darktow, Jester is establishing a Traveler cult in Nicodranas, politicking and/or trickery and/or sex ensue.

  • The Traveler convinces Jester it would be great fun to do an extremely unauthorised Raise Dead on Avantika after she dies in Darktow (I know she didn't have the spell then, just go with it). Avantika with a deeply inconvenient life debt to Jester? Excellent.

  • Jester as the one who seduces Avantika.

  • Instead of meeting the M9, Jester sneaks onboard the Squall-Eater when it docks in Nicodranas and becomes part of Avantika's crew - with all of the theological archfey vs buried demigod chaos that entails.


Request 6: The Bright Queen Also Did Nothing Wrong And Is Also Very Sexy


Request 7: Jester Gets To Cause Maximum Chaos And Her Partners Have Very Different Reactions

General: Jester "I want to open wounds that never close and poison people and maybe turn them into candy" Lavorre is just. SO incredibly delightful, and I would like all the creepyfluff.

Jester/Astrid:

Jester/The Traveler: Prettyboy archfey Artagan surprising himself with how into getting absolutely emotionally/mentally/physically wrecked by Jester he is? Yes, absolutely yes. I love everything this relationship has to say about the power of belief and the fragility of divinity in Exandria
  • AUs where Artagan takes Jester into the Feywild - when she's a little kid or when she first leaves Nicodranas, either is good!

  • Jester finds a ghost ship while the M9 are at sea and tries to convert the ghosts to worship the Traveler. Artagan is extremely panicked when this actually works.

  • Straight-up horror! Jester finds a ruined castle and turns it into TRAVELER HEADQUARTERS and witch-in-the-woods style lures people to her happy fun castle carnival (of death) (it's probably an accident).

  • In-universe folk horror. Jester leads the Traveler cult on Rumblecusp, someone (Beau? Avantika?) stumbles onto it and gets drawn in. I'm thinking more along the lines of Penda's Fen but it's girls or Blood on Satan's Claw but the cult wins, but folk horror is vast, surprise me with something else!

  • Post-canon Rune Maker Jester, clawing out her own astral domain alongside that of the creature she catapulted into divinity? Extremely good and cool.

  • Fun sex, especially fun sex that plays with themes of consumption/creation, especially-especially fun sex that involves breathplay and edgeplay-to-death and back.


Request 8: Single Ladies of Extremely Dubious Morality Who Should Win Things

General: What it says on the tin! Happy for gen, also happy for any femslash that strikes your fancy.

Jourrael: Love a good murderghost. Love this particular greymoral murderghost EVEN MORE. I am, not gonna lie, mostly interested in Age of Arcanum fic for her, and not so much into post-canon/Inevitable Friend type scenarios, but, yknow, feel free to convince me otherwise.
  • Pre-exaltation assassination missions. How was she chosen? Who did she kill? All the worldbuilding and Drow society lore!

  • What does being exalted by Lolth and Asmodeus consist of? Did she know what she was being chosen for? What do the rituals look like? How did it change her relationships with other assassins/priestesses, her lover(s) and friend(s)?

  • Calamity era fic/her sundering story. Who finally broke her? What did she destroy along the way?

  • Jourrael and the Bright Queen. Leylas is easily old enough to've been around (in a previous life) while Jourrael was, and all of the tension between the Most Chosen of Lolth and the leader of the Drow who reject Lolth (even if that was still in Leylas' future)? Beautiful perfect tell me ALL those stories.

  • Jourrael's already tenuous relationship with corporeality was nonexistent while her skull and heart were separated, but what about her soul? Lost somewhere in the Shadowfell? Drifting in the Astral Sea? Battering itself against the gates of the Hells?


Vess DeRogna: So she [Jester voice]technically[/Jester voice] uhhhh died between me nominating her and me signing up, which is awkward but you know what I have never and will never let that stop me. She's fine.
  • Vess' clone wakes up. In Rexxentrum, to barge into her colleagues' offices like 'guess who murdered me'? In Nicodranas, because dying sucks and she deserves some R&R? In Rosohna, because resurrecting behind enemy lines is the ultimate power move? Somewhere else?

  • Vess and Delilah! Was Delilah getting kicked out of the Assembly Vess' plan the whole time? Did they have a grudging respect? A relationship built entirely around hatesex? Alll the politics and

  • Vess yeets herself into Mollucien's body when her own body dies. Pretty tiefling costume is all hers now, and she's got gods to kill.

  • Vess wants to kill a god and she should get to kill a god! Personally I would deeply enjoy her killing Pelor, since I didn't like him in campaign one, but you've got choices!

  • Vess/Astrid, especially if it involves her manipulating/seducing Astrid away from Trent. How might that colour the ways/reasons she appoaches the M9?

  • I would DEEPLY love Vess/Jester. I don't have super specific prompts for it beyond Jester going "this is my evil girlfriend, Vess, and my boyfriend Fjord, and his evil girlfriend, Avantika", but ... Vess/Jester.


Request 9: Allura Deserves The World, Maybe Several Worlds, Actually

Allura/Keyleth:

Allura/Raishan:

Allura/Cassandra/Kima:
  • Something in Whitestone during the Conclave arc - older marrieds bringing a third younger partner in to teach/comfort her is a very good trope.

  • Vampire!Cassandra capturing + turning the two other most powerful people in the city is also a very good option.


Allura/Keyleth/Kima:

Allura/Keyleth/Raishan: Best beloved witches! This is an excellent OT3 for exploring worldbuilding around spellcraft and godhood, and I encourage that even if it means shippiness takes a backseat. Apotheosis, accidental or not. Dark!Keyleth and Dark!Allura (and fics where either/both of them slowly turn darker over the course of the story) are great.
  • Raishan was obsessed with Keyleth and Allura during the fight in Opash's lair - Allura was unconscious twice and a lot of Allura's support was directly to Keyleth - and I would die for the AU where she succeeds in capturing them and having them to help her with whatever ritual she was planning, especially if it involves Keyleth and Allura comfort!sex with voyeur!Raishan.

  • I love alternate-meeting ideas: Allura falling in with Raishan while looking for ways to raise her friends who died fighting Thordak, Raishan picking Keyleth up early in her Aramente and Allura fighting to get her protege back. Keyleth being torn between two mentors, Raishan being obsessed with Allura's hoard of knowledge and Keyleth's life.

  • Anything that gets into how gloriously fucked-up Raishan in search of godhood with two of the most godless characters in the show as her means of ascension is, because, fuck, I love.

  • I love Changeling: The Lost AUs always, and am super interested in the AU where Raishan was Keyleth's Keeper and Allura is trying to rescue her.


Allura/Keyleth/Vax: OT3 or Vax/Keyleth + Keyleth/Allura V-shape equally welcome.
  • Vax 'useless devotional sub' ildan on his knees for two of the most powerful women in his life, yes please.

  • I especially like Allura teaching Keyleth how to properly dom Vax (magic restraints a huge plus).

  • Non-smutty: early-canon or pre-canon adventures/casefic, especially right around the Brimscythe reveal or any dealings with the Clasp.

  • Established Keyleth/Allura + Allura encouraging her to explore what a Thing with Vax would be like.


Allura/Kima/Pike: They spent a lot of time together, by virtue of handling Ashley's various absences, and I'd love to see them growing closer through the war and the rebuilding. This doesn't have to be OT3 endgame - I'm perfectly happy for Pike to just be an occasional friend-with-sex-benefits.
  • Pike being welcomed into established Kima/Allura, where it starts out all 'oh I'm just staying at my friends' house' and then Allura and Kima have to sit her down like 'Pike please we have been trying to ask you to sleep with us for months'.

  • Pike and Kima start hooking up in Vasselheim, and it actually makes the Kima/Allura reunion/getting-back-together easier.

  • Size difference means this is a VERY good OT3 for fisting in smutfic, just saying.

  • I like fics that don't shy away from Pike's darkness, and how that might play out in sexual situations - e.g. I think she's very much a person who would like to try to dom her friends, but also someone who would be extremely bad at domming her friends - and I'd love to see how that plays out.


Request 10: Keyleth And Her Messy Feelings About Raishan And Also Godhood

Keyleth/Raishan: I'm obsessed with these vicious near-immortal sorceresses. There's the potential for anything, from hatesex to philosophical arguments, to the reluctant '.....shit we grew old together and you're the only one left who knows everything about me' realisation.
  • Roleswap AU! Neutral evil ancient druid Keyleth happening upon youngish true neutral dragon Raishan?

  • Any kind of alternate meeting AUs, or AUs where Raishan chose to infiltrate the Air Ashari in addition to/instead of the Fire Ashari.
    • Polymorph/shapeshifting/wildshape sex is good. I like Keyleth domming Raishan if you're playing with D/s elements. There's so much to play with here with obsession and similarity and mirroring (either Keyleth or Raishan turning into each other during sex is um. The Best.) and honestly, feel free to go anywhere with this. I like Keyleth's anger and the amount of pleasure Raishan takes in winding her up. Raishan redemption arcs are fun. Neutral evil ancient dragon luring young true neutral durid into her lair is fun, . Raishan-survives AUs are also excellent, whether she survives as herself or as a dracolich/demigod/etc. Raishan using murder to flirt with Keyleth. Raishan coming back from the dead cured of her disease but Wrong(tm) in some other way. Keyleth helping Raishan become a god (questionably on purpose). Keyleth and Raishan take a trip to the Feywild for Reasons. Anything about their mutually complicated relationships with Melora. Loyalty kink stemming from obsession - once every couple decades they try, genuinely, to kill each other, but somehow never quite manage to do it.


Keyleth/Melora/Raishan:

Keyleth/Raishan/The Raven Queen: I have Feelings(tm) about druids and fate and how Keyleth canonically ended campaign 1 as a weird semi-immortal semi-in love with the Raven Queen, and how druidic interpretations of curses and lifecycles come up against the realities of the world.
  • I'd love something that works with the 'winter' aspect of the Raven Queen's portfolio - fate and death get a lot of attention but that much less so, and it goes wonderfully with Keyleth and her summer storms and Raishan's slow autumnal decay.

  • The one bit of campaign guide canon I am incredibly wedded to is the 'familiar spirit' flying back to her forest lair and oh my gods do I wanna know what happened between Raishan and the Raven Queen to make that possible. What bargain did she make, what (who?) did she promise, how was she changed? How does Keyleth react?

  • In a world where Raishan won, does she try to convince the Raven Queen to heal/spare her? Does Keyleth plead Raishan's case to the Raven Queen?

  • What if Raishan succeeded in forcing Keyleth to help her ascend to godhood - how does the Raven Queen feel about that?

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina


General: I like worldbuiling and pre-canon stories, especially stories about Lilith slowly siphoning witches away from Satan, stories where Sabrina (or Zelda, or the Weird Sisters) sign their name over to Lilith directly rather than into the Book of the Beast, and stories about centuries of history and the distinctly inhuman perceptions and desires of witches and demons. There's so many levels of glorious fucked-up obsessive mentorship here along with, you know, the gore and the deification-via-cannibalism and I love all of them. Murder + in-fic resurrection/came back wrong is fine for any of these prompts. Changeling: The Lost

General: CtL is the tabletop game of my whole entire heart and I just want to live in that world a bit more! I have a slight preference for stories set in Arcadia or the Hedge, but absolutely will not say no to Earth-set ones. Sourcebook-wise, I am most familiar with Dancers in the Dusk, Winter Masques, and Night Horrors. I especially love oneiromancy and am super weak for stories that contrast the deep sense of place/setting with changelings' very tenuous sense of self. I'm familiar with most wider D&D lore/sourcebooks/mechanics from 3.5e onwards, including 5e's unearthed arcana, if you want inspiration for additional worldbuilding/plotting (though I know 4e best). I like fics that take into account mechanical D&D limitations (e.g. characters saying they need to rest before doing any more magic) but DNW characters using the actual real-world terms (e.g. characters saying they're 'out of spell slots'). The Southern Reach Trilogy - Jeff Vandermeer

General: I love them as a changeling story, I love them as a story of nature-as-entity, I love them as a story of how desolation is never bleak and usually alive. I would prefer you use the characters' professions to describe them (eg "the psychologist" ) in narration, rather than their names. I am fine with canon-consistent 'being eaten by Area X' for either of the requested characters but DNW them to die in any other way. The canon by nature is playing with some pretty dark questions about embodiment and environmental catastrophes and death, but there's plenty of potential for light and joy - there is plenty of light and joy for both the requested characters as they give themselves back over to Area X, so don't be afraid to lean into that. I've read all three books and my prompts do get kinda spoilery, but if you've only read Annihilation, I welcome fic based only off that. I love the journal style of Annihilation and epistolary fic is especially welcome for this fandom.

General: This weird book about fucked-up missionary siblings in clockwork Fairyland snuck into my life and ruined me and I would love to be further ruined by any fic you write! I really, really loved the Changeling!Cathy faux-reveal and was a bit put out by its last-chapter reversal (all books can do with more weird changelings, lbr), so any Changeling!Cathy fic - or fic where she's human but grappling with the fact that she enjoyed elements of the time when she thought she was a soulless creature - is always adored. Canon-compliant deathfic for Ariel is fine - especially if it leads to Mab further manipulating/fucking with Cathy, and Cathy continuing to spiral about her identity, but I am also thrilled by any AU you come up with where she survives or is brought back. Feel free to combine any of these requests to make an OT3. Basically, just lean into the WEIRD and I will be super happy!

Alternate Universes

There's a few AUs I've requested across all or mostly-all fandoms, so I'm going to put some general ramblings about why I love them up here to start with!

Aniara AU: Harry Martinson's Aniara is an epic scifi poem about a group of travellers fleeing a dying Earth and heading to Mars. When their ship swerves to avoid an asteroid they get flung off course, stranded forever in space. It's a poem about beauty in emptiness, about connection and perception and ways to make the void meaningful. Isagel and the narrator are the main ship from the poem, but don't feel that means you need to cast the requested the requested characters as them (I also love Isagel/The Blind Poetess, and am totally happy to see the requested characters as just regular passengers as well). In the Star Wars and Stargate requests, feel free to go for a fusion - the requested characters stumbling upon the Aniara on its voyage, or the poem rewritten as an in-universe legend. If you want to bring in things from pre-existing adaptations, I am most familiar with Seventh Wonder's 'The Great Escape' (youtube, lyrics) and Andreas Kleerup's Aniara which is on Spotify - I haven't seen the opera.

Changeling: The Lost AU: CtL is the tabletop game of my heart, and I just - want all my favourites to be in that world too. Please have them be captured by the Fae and bond while being transformed and navigating court politics - or have them be True Fae themselves. I have a slight preference for stories set in Arcadia or the Hedge, but absolutely will not say no to Earth-set ones. Sourcebook-wise, I am most familiar with Dancers in the Dusk, Winter Masques, and Night Horrors. I especially love oneiromancy and am super weak for stories that contrast the deep sense of place/setting with changelings' very tenuous sense of self.

Scandinoir Setting/Fusion: I don't have a preference as to whether you place the requested characters in a general Scandinoir setting or if you cross/fuse them with a specific show - my favourites of the genre are probably Jordskott, Bron|Broen, and Grenseland, but if it's Scandinoir I have probably watched it. For the Star Wars requests, feel free to keep the Force as a semi-explained magical thing or not. I like the optimistic bleakness of Scandinoir, the way people carve out tiny safe havens for each other: devotion among crime, half-alive cities, the sense of 'us and the world against the bad things'.

Space Pirates AU: This is the straightforward one. The requested characters are pirates, and they are IN SPACE, and I am happy. For the Stargate and Star Wars requests, feel free to make them canonverse space pirates or not as the mood strikes you.

The Shimmer (Annihilation) appears in another canon's setting: *Points at the pretty plant-based body horror* I dunno, I just think it's neat. Well, no, I do know: I love changeling stories and nature-as-hungry-entity stories and stories about how desolation is never bleak and usually alive. For these requests I am most interested in seeing what Area X looks like for those other canons: we know what it looks like in not-Florida, so what does it look like in the forests around Whitestone, the middle of the Unknown Regions, in the basement sections of Atlantis that are still half underwater?

Vampire: The Requiem AU: Look, you can never go wrong with making my faves vampires! But VtR vampires are exceptionally good, like, let vampires be monsters! Lean into the horror, the crumbling of the world, the bonds that are formed against peoples' better judgement. Sourcebook-wise I am most familiar with Coteries and Circle of the Crone.

From canon, I love the clothing porn, the always-imminent probability of SHENANIGANS, bonding over crime, and the depth of the affection between all the women.

Picnic at Hanging Rock (TV)

General: This show has a thesis of 'why be a girl when you could be an eldritch horror instead' because it loves me, it really loves me. I love the bonds and the backstabbing and the love-through-horror, I love the changeling girls and the amount of respect it gives stories of self-creation. I love the contrast between the suffocating boarding-school atmosphere and the equally terrifying 'I would like to let the sky eat me' of the Rock and how that's reflected in the characters' emotional relationships. Permadeath of any of the requested characters is fine for this fandom, as is ambiguous/show-consistent explanations of what happened at the Rock. The show does so much excellent work with forests that probably want to eat you/nature which tries to eat you/nature which wants to crawl inside you and never come out and I want to see infinitely more of it!

General: I stopped watching the show after season 3 when it was clear we wouldn't get Lady Stoneheart, and the only pieces of show!canon I'm really up for are Arya & Sansa's ages and Arya & Melisandre meeting early on - and those are absolutely optional pieces of show!canon. I'm fine with permadeath for Cersei if it's a murder-suicide dying-in-each-other's-arms deal with Jaime, I DNW valonqar!Tyrion or anyone else killing her.

There's so many levels of glorious fucked-up obsessive mentorship here along with, you know, the gore and the deification-via-cannibalism and I love all of them. General: I consider the campaign guide, artbook, and anything said on Talks Machina nebulously canon at best (and don't know much of what's said on Talks, because I can neither watch live nor afford Alpha) so feel free to conform to/depart from what they say as you wish. Any AU based off any skins for the requested characters (e.g. witch!Mercy, pirate!Ana, comtesse!Amélie) is welcome even if I haven't specified the general version of that AU in my likes. If you want to address the age gaps here, I really love how comfortable Ana is in her own skin, with her own age (even/especially her missing eye) and how that contrasts with her mixed feelings about what she's done, so anything that highlights that would be lovely.

I love it when Leia grows up in Padmé lives AUs whether they're Rebellion founder!Padmé ones or Sith Lady Padmé ones. I'm super happy with any combination of Rebellion/Imperial/Sith/ambiguously unaligned Leia & Jyn here, and I've hopefully given enough freeforms to cover all eventualities!

General: I love the darkness and potential for noir tropes that were hinted at but never fully explored, especially when it comes to Los Angeles and New York as characters and the possibilities of - to borrow a lovely tag from my [community profile] darkestnightex request - architectural horror inherent there (Weird zero matter voids! The bottom of the lake in Echo Park! That one metro station in New York that everyone knows is Wrong, Somehow (I know very little about NYC but every metro system has a station like that lbr). I love all of the weird awful things that could be done with zero matter. I love this show the most when it's about bodies and collisions and weird push-pulls of trust and these women's attempts at control. I'm not familiar with much of the wider Marvel universe and prefer you avoid it. IN SPACE AUs and dark fairy tale AUs welcome.

General: This show has a thesis of 'why be a girl when you could be an eldritch horror instead' because it loves me, it really loves me. I love the bonds and the backstabbing and the love-through-horror, I love the changeling girls and the amount of respect it gives stories of self-creation. I love the contrast between the suffocating boarding-school atmosphere and the equally terrifying 'I would like to let the sky eat me' of the Rock and how that's reflected in the characters' emotional relationships. Canon-compliant deathfic for Hester is okay, ambiguous/show-consistent explanations for what happened at the Rock for Irma, Marion, Miranda, and Greta are also okay.

Jordskott

General: Jordskott came for my whole entire heart with its witchy ladies and plant-based body horror and I gave it gladly and had it broken even more gladly. So: angst, body horror, lost loves etc, the fandom. I love really the entire rest of the cast except Tom, and welcome appearances from any of them. The Eva/Laila/Zara OT3, in V-form or triad, is also good!

Killing Eve

General: I don't know what good I did to the universe to get this show in return but wow is this blood-soaked grimly funny chase across London and Russia and half of Europe the show of my dreams. I love how bright Villanelle is in everything she does, I love her twisted undeniable logic and her unstoppable yearning. I tend to think of some level of Villanelle/Eve as basically canon, and though I'm leaving it off my request list in favour of my rarer Villanelle pairs, I don't think it's entirely avoidable and I'm totally here for that sort of conflict between Villanelle's multiple desires pulling her towards conflicting (or perhaps ultimately nonconflicting?) goals. Canon-compliant deathfic for Nadia is okay.

Nikita

General: I know it's been five years since it ended but this is still the spy show of my heart and I love all these sad glamorous dubiously-moral assassins. Before Amanda's backstory reveal I spent some time headcanoning her as a Russian agent - feel free to run with that background if it speaks more to you than her canon one! I am fine with background Nikita/Owen, Nikita/Alex, Amanda/Alex, or Nikita/Ryan, but DNW Nikita/Michael.

Overwatch

General: I prefer things set post-Fall and love things set post-recall, especially for Ana. Missionfic is just as much of a delight as something more introspective. Exploration of how their powers/weapons could be used during or to facilitate sex is great (I love Moira's interest in picking people apart) and while angst and darkfic and dubcon are all encouraged, I'd rather you don't get too clinical/medical in descriptions of Moira's experiments. For Amélie ships, I have no preference if fic is set when she's Amélie or Widowmaker (or both! both is also good). I don't have specific prompts for the Ana/Amélie/Moira OT3 but if you want to include it (as either a triad or a V-ship) feel free!

General: This show has a thesis of 'why be a girl when you could be an eldritch horror instead' because it loves me, it really loves me. I love the bonds and the backstabbing and the love-through-horror, I love the changeling girls and the amount of respect it gives stories of self-creation. Changeling: The Lost, vampire, and Sith Academy AUs gleefully accepted here, and any of the prompts in the PaHR section of my darkest night letter can be used here as well. Canon-compliant deathfic for Hester is okay, ambiguous/show-consistent explanations for what happened at the Rock for Marion, Miranda, and Greta are also okay.

The Silmarillion & Other Histories of Middle-Earth

General: I love the lush expansiveness of Tolkien's work, the history and the care and the sheer amount of space characters are allowed to take up and that we are able to fill in. My favourite bits are the horror and the weird fey things, but moments of levity and happy couples dealing with supernatural things (happy couples murdering other things :D) are also excellent! I am indifferent to Beren and Manwë, dislike Eol, and have no infidelity-related squicks, so handle the canon marriages however you like.

Drusilla was an early formative favourite of mine and I am here for anything where she gets to have a good time. Darkfic - including Wishverse - encouraged. Stargate

General: I didn't really enjoy seasons 4 & 5 of Atlantis, with the exception of Keller's presence and a couple bits of wraith lore, so would prefer nothing that relies too much on that part of canon. Fey things and sentient cities are love, human exceptionalism and campy things are boring to me, old gods and half-gods and the promises and compromises made to survive in the Pegasus galaxy delight me. Canon-divergence AUs, especially Wraith Queen Teyla/Asuran Queen Elizabeth/Independent-from-Earth Atlantis, are love (all three in one fic or just one). Sentient Atlantis, whether as a worldbuilding detail or as a major plot point, will always make me happy.

Star Wars

General: Any of the AUs from this year's AUEx letter are fair game, including the setting-change ones. I've read Bloodline, Phasma, and Leia: Princess of Alderaan, seen Rebels and some of TCW, and play SWTOR & KOTOR2, but that's about as far as my canon or legends EU knowledge goes. Use/ignore elements of them as you wish, and if you borrow from elsewhere let me know so I know what to read next :D Force-sensitive Amilyn per Laura Dern's interview would be amazing, but also just the vaguely-witchy like in PoA is fine too. AUs where one or both of the twins were raised by Rebellion founder Padmé or Dark Empress/Sith Lord Padmé, or one or both of the twins are Sith/Jedi, are always gleefully accepted. I ship Rey/Kylo and Finn/Rose and am happy to see them as background relationships in compatible requests. Always-a-girl!Kylo is great in any fic where Kylo's plot-relevant. I'm thoroughly indifferent to Han/Leia so feel free to presume it never happened/open marriage/amicable divorce/Han's death as is convenient.

General: I dropped out of the active fandom for this ages ago, and am definitely more of an early-seasons fan (i.e. up to Casey leaving the first time), but if you want to set it somewhere more recent in the timeline, that's cool too! I'm up for anything, from long plotty casefic to office pwp. SVU has a really particular sort of mood, a cold comfort that's not quite bleak and not quite hopeful, and I'm really interested in the ways in which the female lawyers & judges negotiate their particular vocabularies of justice and care. I've seen Conviction but didn't really like it (especially the random guy they gave Alex), so would rather you avoid it. If you want to write Alex/Casey/Liz as an OT3, feel absolutely free.

Agent Carter

General: I love that Whitney and Angie and to some extent Peggy were set up as certain images of Idealised Americana while Dottie at times tended towards being her own Idealised Russia. I love the darkness and potential for noir tropes that were hinted at but never fully explored. I love all of the weird awful things that could be done with zero matter. I love this show the most when it's about bodies and collisions and weird push-pulls of trust and these women's attempts at control. I'm not familiar with much of the wider Marvel universe and prefer you avoid it. IN SPACE AUs welcome.

General: I never had strong feelings about whumpfic and then Hera happened to me and I love her to pieces and want all the mindfucky and a lot of the physical whump for her. I'm happy to see her paired with Ahsoka, Leia, Sabine, or Mon Mothma as a secondary/comfort pairing along with the main Hera/Pryce, but it's totally not a requirement.

Star Wars Sequel Trilogy


General: I've read Bloodline, Phasma, and Leia: Princess of Alderaan, seen Rebels and some of TCW, and play SWTOR & KOTOR2, but that's about as far as my canon or legends EU knowledge goes. Use/ignore elements of them as you wish, and if you borrow from elsewhere let me know so I know what to read next :D Force-sensitive Amilyn per Laura Dern's interview would be amazing, but also just the vaguely-witchy like in PoA is fine too. AUs where one or both of the twins were raised by Rebellion founder Padmé or Dark Empress/Sith Lord Padmé are always gleefully accepted. I ship Rey/Kylo and Finn/Rose and am happy to see them as background relationships in compatible requests. I consider Rey Nobody canon but I enjoy Rey Palpatine AUs (Look, if he made weird Force baby Anakin, who says he didn't make weird Force baby Rey). I'm thoroughly indifferent to Han/Leia so feel free to presume it never happened/open marriage/amicable divorce/Han's death as is convenient.

Hello friend! This is the exchange of my heart that I've wanted for years and I am so, so delighted that the mod team has made it a reality and I'm so happy you're here participating. If you want inspiration beyond this, I am also @kimaracretak on tumblr (where I am only intermittently active but may have some thoughts on some of these canons/ships), 8tracks and playmoss (for #aesthetic takes on some of these canons/ships), and ao3, where I have a small but reflective of things I like collection of bookmarks.

I have by and large chosen fandoms that I love for their worldbuilding and mytharcs as well as their characters, so this letter is a rambly blend of character/ship/world musings. I am easy to please as long as you stay away from my DNWs (both general and canon-specific), so don't feel like you Have to write any of my specific prompts. Don't read anything into relative lengths of sections, I am equally happy to get something for anything in this letter!

I don't mind if the M/E rating is for smut or dark themes (both is very very good). I don't need a tonne of romance for these ships - sex for power, manipulation, or just between friends having fun is all good. Please no unrequested ships, even as mentioned other/past relationships, but within fandoms, please feel free to combine any requested characters/groups.

Agent Carter

General: I love that Whitney was set up as a certain image of Idealised Americana while Dottie at times tended towards being her own Idealised Russia. I love the darkness and potential for noir tropes that were hinted at but never fully explored. I love all of the weird awful things that could be done with zero matter. I love this show the most when it's about bodies and collisions and weird push-pulls of trust and these women's attempts at control. I am super open to darkfic here, and in fact prefer it. I'm not familiar with much of the wider Marvel universe and prefer you avoid anything that requires super in-depth knowledge of it.

General: Darkfic encouraged, though I'd like the endings to be good for the requested ships if not necessarily, like, the rest of the world. I quite like Willow/Tara, so for Tara ships either break them up nicely / have them never have been together / ot3 them with Willow. I haven't read the season 8 comics, use them or not as you like.

Carmilla (Web Series)

General: As much as I loved this show I ... was hoping it would lean more into the horror of the original novella and the vampire genre as a whole. Especially for this exchange going way into darkfic is so encouraged: the psychological horror, the overwhelming creepiness of the university, so many different types of undead, revenge fic, wild magic, more goddess possession ... there is so much here and I love it all. I'm actually pretty indifferent to Carmilla/Laura (and ... Laura in general, honestly), and if you want to include background pairings I'd prefer Carmilla/Danny.

Critical Role

General: I consider the campaign guide, artbook, and anything said on Talks Machina nebulously canon at best (and don't know much of what's said on Talks, because I can neither watch live nor afford Alpha) so feel free to conform to/depart from what they say as you wish. I'm familiar with most wider D&D lore/sourcebooks/mechanics from 3.5e onwards, including 5e's unearthed arcana, if you want inspiration for additional worldbuilding/plotting (though I know 4e best). I like fics that take into account mechanical D&D limitations (e.g. characters saying they need to rest before doing any more magic) but DNW characters using the actual real-world terms (e.g. characters saying they're 'out of spell slots'). Keyleth and Raishan both have significant sections in my everywoman letter from this year, feel free to incorporate any of those thoughts into whatever ship you write here.

Jupiter Ascending

General: I really liked this movie, you guys. Not in a so-bad-it's-good way but in a ... it's a genuinely fun space opera with bonkers worldbuilding and Extra cinematography that has some thoughtful things to say. And it made the evil space princess super shippable with her amnesiac reincarnated mother, so really, a film made specifically for me in All The Ways. So what I'm saying is I'd like if you focussed more on the worldbuilding and fucked-up bits than the generic campy fun adventure bits. Serious fic rather than campy fluff.

Ocean's 8

General: This movie was two hours of very smart women being very pretty and also winning all the things, and I felt very catered to. I loved that they were all sharp and messy and celebrated rather than punished for that. I love the clothing porn and the heists and the fun and the mutual obsessions with each other. If you want to send them on another intricately-plotted heist that's fabulous, if you want to write PWP that's also totally great.

Overwatch

General: I prefer things set post-recall, especially for Ana -- let older ladies have sex! Missionfic is just as much of a delight as something more introspective. Exploration of how their powers/weapons could be used during or to facilitate sex is great (I love Moira's interest in picking people apart) and while angst and darkfic and dubcon are all encouraged, I'd rather you don't get too clinical/medical in descriptions of Moira's experiments. For Amélie ships, I have no preference if fic is set when she's Amélie or Widowmaker (or both! both is also good). I'm an Ana main and a Reaper secondary and play D.Va if the team needs it, in addition to the requested characters they're the only ones whose stories I really follow so please try to keep anyone else to background roles.

Supergirl

General: Season 1 canon only please, though references to later-season character elements (backstory, sexuality, etc) for Alex is fine. I prefer darker character-focussed pieces to happy fun adventure times.

The Witcher (Video Game)

General: I do not want Dandelion to show up or be mentioned (and, frankly, his descriptions of the sorceresses and Geralt's relationships with them can also get fucked). I follow the Scoia'tael path in Witcher 1 and Iorveth's path in Assassins of Kings and I would like you to take the events of those paths as canon for your fic's worldstate. Please assume Geralt saved Sheala during Assassins of Kings. If Geralt shows up with a romantic partner I'm happy to see him shipped with either Yaevinn or Iorveth in any fic, and, if we did not match on Triss/Yen, I am also fine with Triss/Yen/Geralt as a background triad. I haven't played Witcher 3 yet, though I am thoroughly spoiled for it, so I'd prefer something set before then. In terms of book canon, I've only read Time of Contempt and The Lady of the Lake, and while I'm happy for details of any of the books to be incorporated as background worldbuilding/references, in cases when the games and the books differ please use the game events (the exception to this being I have a preference for the original spelling of Sheala de Tancarville rather than Síle de Tansarville, but it's not a dealbreaker). Spoilers for Assassins of Kings under the cut.

Tell me stories about witches and women and love and life and forests and I will be so, so happy. The group requests here are all gen, but I ship Eva/Jeanette, Eva/Klara, Esme/Linus, and Esme/Maja, if you want to write something shippy. I also headcanon Linus as nonbinary, but don't feel totally beholden to that.

I'm up for anything, from long plotty casefic to office pwp. SVU has a really particular sort of mood, a cold comfort that's not quite bleak and not quite hopeful, and I'm really interested in the ways in which the female lawyers & judges negotiate their particular vocabularies of justice and care. I've seen Conviction but didn't really like it (especially the random guy they gave Alex), so would rather you avoid it. I ship Alex/Olivia, Alex/Abbie, Alex/Petrovsky, and any and all combinations of Alex/Casey/Liz.

General: I don't consider seasons 4 & 5 of Atlantis in my personal canon, with the exception of Keller's presence and a couple bits of wraith lore. Fey things and sentient cities are love, human exceptionalism and campy things are boring, old gods and half-gods and the promises and compromises made to survive in the Pegasus galaxy delight me. Canon-divergence AUs, especially Wraith Queen Teyla/Asuran Queen Elizabeth/Independent-from-Earth Atlantis, are love. While I know I said I don't want homophobia, etc up above, I think it's important (especially with Sam) to keep in mind that DADT was a thing that the expedition members would be dealing with and I don't mind acknowledgements that, yknow, that would shape how they approach relationships; as long as it's not used for excessive angst-fodder. I ship Elizabeth/Teyla/Kate as an OT3 and all the possible component pairings.

Space fights! Bloodline was great for showing the wider bits of the GFFA, and I love all the potential for worldbuilding it opened up. I'm thoroughly indifferent to Han/Leia, and for this exchange especially if you're writing shipfic feel free to totally ignore it's a thing.

Babylon 5

General: I don't want any mention of Londo, and I especially don't want any mention of Londo/G'Kar. I don't particularly enjoy Garibaldi, though that's more indifference than hatred. I've read most of the novels and have seen most of Crusade and have no strong feelings either way as to whether you use information/events from them or not. Anything you want to do incorporating the First Ones/weird fey space things is extra loved. Canon-divergence AUs are great, post-series fic is great. B5 was a really stunning take on not just war stories but people-in-war stories, and I love the plotty fics with complicated characters and dynamics that it lends itself to -- angst and darkfic and cosmic horror are all more than welcome here. I enjoy John/Delenn, Delenn/G'Kar, and Marcus/Stephen and am happy to see them as background ships in whatever you write.

If you're going to write wanky moralising fic about how those are Bad Ships I'd frankly prefer you default now. I headcanon Raishan with a lowkey death/pain!kink so feel free to incorporate that. If you're writing during the campaign timeline, I am a fan of a Keyleth who may be sexually inexperienced but very enthusiastic about sex (even if she's using it as a tool), and prefer you write her that way as well -- I don't like ace headcanons from strangers. I like fics that dig into worldbuilding way more than JKR ever did -- rules and costs of magic, lingering effects of the time-turner and the basilisk on Hermione, etc. Darkfic is welcomed and encouraged. I don't consider the epilogue canon and don't like Hermione/Ron. I have no idea what's going on with Pottermore/Cursed CHild things and would prefer you not incorporate things from them. No teacher/student relationships, even allusions to background ones.

I'm slightly more flexible wrt Paige's death: while I'd prefer a fix-it, it's not a requirement. If you're writing episode ix speculation, no killing Leia off. I know this is maybe an unnecessary repetition of my character death DNW but given the current state of the canon better to be safe? I love both Reylo and Finnrose and am fine if you want to have them as background ships. No Kylo-bashing (e.g. no having Amilyn and Leia getting together while they're younger for the sole reason of making Ben never be born, but if Leia and Rey talk in the present about how much of a shithead Ben's currently being, well, he deserves it). I have a pretty good idea what's been going on in the recent novels and zero idea what's been happening in the comics, but feel free to conform to/depart from those events as you wish.
